When you enter a listing, the property is assigned a unique “Property ID”. Simply place this ID in the private agent remarks of your MLS listing. You then have two options:
1) Place the following statement into the MLS private agent remarks “Text XXXXXX to (XXX) XXX-XXXX for showing instructions.
2) If your MLS private agent remarks space is limited, then just place “Property ID XXXXXX” in it. Then place our designated phone number in the showing instruction phone number of your MLS. When buyer agents call, they are instructed to locate the property ID in the MLS private agent remarks, and they are then instructed to text it to (XXX) XXX-XXXX for showing instructions.
The showing instructions are texted back within seconds.
